We have been involved in e-commerce and process automation for more than a dozen years. This allows us to look at online sales from a completely different angle than typical agencies. 01 / Analysis
(Getting to know your problems)

In the first stage, we need to get to know your business and understand the problems you face. We approach each case individually and try to find the best solution tailored to your business. If the case requires it, we will trace the processes physically by visiting you at work.

02 / Project

Whether we are creating a workflow for your warehouse or a new online store. Every collaboration requires a design, brief and roadmap so that we can work smoothly and according to your recommendations. At this stage, we define a strict project framework. This way, you'll know what's going on and the progress of the work from the beginning.

03 / Implementation
(We cyclically deliver values).

The most important part of any project. We do the work for you in sprints of four weeks. Every two weeks we meet and discuss what has been done and what still needs to be done. Depending on the scale of the project, sprint cycles can last as long as several/many months.

04 / Implementation
(We test and investigate)

At the very end of the sprint(s), Tom or Adam will deploy the solution on a test environment prepared by you. After successful testing, we will deploy the solution to production and monitor it in the near term to make sure everything is OK.

05 / Support
(Support and Development)

We will also support you after the implementation of the project. Any dedicated solution, requires special and specialized care.
