What does the implementation process look like?

01 - Needs audit

We start with a thorough analysis of your business, sales processes and logistics to understand the challenges you face. 02 - System selection

Based on the audit, we advise whether BaseLinker, which works well in a multi-channel model and requires minimal configuration, or SellRocket, which offers customized instances of the system tailored to your company's specific needs, would be a better solution for your business. We take into account both your current needs and the prospect of long-term growth of your online sales.

03 - Implementation

Once the system is selected, we proceed with a comprehensive configuration, including integration with your sales channels (e.g. Allegro, Amazon, WooCommerce), ERP systems, courier companies and analytical tools. We create automatic rules for order processing, inventory synchronization and customer notifications. The entire implementation process is done in close cooperation with your team to best align the system with real business processes.

04 - Training

After the implementation is complete, we organize detailed training for your team. 01 Why do we only implement BaseLinker and SellRocket?

We specialize in advanced implementations, where customers pay special attention to the stability of the solution. In our opinion, only these two systems on the market meet all security and stability requirements. This allows us to maintain the high quality of our services.

02 How much does it cost to implement?

Each implementation is priced individually, but we can determine price ranges based on previous work. When we are talking about a standard implementation, which is limited to configuration and introduction of best practices based on these systems, the cost should be within the range of PLN 10,000 to PLN 20,000 net at one time. In the case of advanced SellRocket implementations with custom technology modifications, the pricing is determined individually after a meeting with the analyst.

03 What is the difference between BaseLinker and SellRocket?

Not counting the differences in technology and integration, the two systems have a different direction of development and approach to the customer. In our opinion, in the current reality BaseLinker has much broader integration facilities and more functionality, but due to the cost of subscriptions for Enterprise customers, we suggest implementation for companies not exceeding 5 thousand orders per month. SellRocket in the case of subscriptions is more predictable and stable, but due to the state of system development, it does not yet have as many integrations as its competitor. However, with customer-specific instantiation, a certified partner can expand the solution as required, similar to OpenSource products.

04 Why do I need an order processing system (OMS)?

OMS automates and centralizes e-commerce order management, eliminating errors and speeding up order processing. It keeps all orders from different sales platforms and ERP systems synchronized in one place to better control logistics processes and increase operational efficiency.

05 Will you advise me which of these systems to choose?

06 Do both systems have subscriptions?

Yes, both systems operate on a subscription model, but they differ in their approach to billing. BaseLinker is based on a fixed monthly fee that depends on the number of orders and integrations. SellRocket Enterprise has a more flexible model, where the cost depends on the computing power of the dedicated instance and individual system modifications.
