Automatic Issuance of Invoices and Receipts

The system will automatically generate the appropriate document at the time you choose (e.g., after the order is paid or its status changes).

Document type recognition: a filled-in tax ID number (NIP) plus a customer designation generates an invoice; all other entries generate a receipt

Synchronization and Customer Database Management

Invoices: The system automatically verifies the business partner using their tax ID number. If it’s a new customer, it will automatically create a record for them in the wFirma system.

Receipts: Customer data is recorded only on the receipt

Linking SellRocket and wFirma Products Based on SKU

Items without an SKU (e.g., custom services) are securely recorded in wFirma as a service or a one-time item.

Two-way flow of information

Downloading PDF documents: Invoices generated in wFirma are automatically downloaded and attached to the order in SellRocket (Note: Downloading PDF files for receipts is not technically supported by wFirma).

Filling in Invoice Descriptions: The invoice in wFirma will include the SellRocket order number and the source order ID

01 What are the integration configuration options?



Payment Management: the ability to set a default payment method for all invoices or to map payment methods

Payment statuses: the option to enable the transfer of information about the paid amount to the invoice in wFirma (marking the document as paid).

Payment fees: the ability to automatically add a separate line item to a wFirmy document that includes the fee amount for a given payment method.

Logistics and Warehouses: the ability to link a warehouse to an order directly from the corresponding warehouse in wFirma.

02 What exactly does the implementation entail?



As part of this offer, our team will handle:

An automated process for issuing invoices/receipts.

An automated action toretrieve an invoice printout from wFirma, which will be saved as an attachment to the order.

Preparing the client integration instance.

An automated action for mapping payment methods.

An automatic action that populates an additional field, the contents of which will be added to the invoice description.

Automatic action to replenish the order inventory in the additional field

03 How long does the integration implementation take?



The implementation of the integration depends on the number of customers requesting it and our company’s current implementation queue. We make every effort to keep this time as short as possible, but we always determine it on a case-by-case basis with the customer. Typically, it does not exceed 21 days from the date the invoice is paid. If time is of the essence, we encourage you to contact our implementation department, which will do its best to prioritize your implementation as soon as possible.

04 Will I have to pay an additional subscription fee?



NO! As the only integration partner, we can build solutions directly on the SellRocket instance. Our integrations use the resources available in your environment and do not incur additional data transfer fees.
