The system can send text messages to notify customers about events related to their orders. As part of this offer, we can set up up to three automated actions triggered by events in the SellRocket system.

Examples: sending an SMS after an order is accepted, notification that a package has been shipped, notification that a package has been packed, etc.

Personalized Messages

The text message content is automatically generated based on: order details (order number, products, total amount), customer details (first name, last name, address), and text templates (you can prepare different versions of the message).
