Target

We designed a website for a real estate professional with the goal of creating a dynamic environment that allows the presentation of current listings, a detailed presentation of the offer and the collection of customer reviews. Our main task was to provide a solution that not only meets industry standards, but also sets new directions through advanced technologies and refined design.

Design process and development

The dedicated project was implemented on the WordPress platform, with a customized module for adding ads, making it easy to manage the content and allowing our client full control over the presentation of the offer. Minor animations and interactive elements were introduced to bring the site to life and increase user engagement.

Corporate identity and branding

We designed a logo that combines the symbol of a building with a monochromatic perspective to symbolize space - the main focus of the company. The branding developed is aimed not only at visual identification, but also at building a strong, recognizable brand.

Technology and integrations

We used Relume's Client First library, which made it possible to create a consistent and effective site structure. The prototype was originally created in Webflow and then converted to a WordPress template. Thanks to the integration with the Forminator plugin, our client gained full control over the operation of the forms, which is crucial for interacting with users and collecting leads.

As a result, we created a modern and functional website that not only aesthetically meets the needs of the real estate industry, but also technologically sets new standards for customer interaction. This project is an example of how, by understanding the client's needs and using modern design tools, it is possible to create a tool that realistically supports business development.
