Korimi is a new online store offering original cosmetics straight from Korea. Our team was faced with the task of designing and implementing a modern e-commerce platform that would provide Korimi brand customers with a friendly and attractive online shopping experience. To achieve this goal, we prepared a comprehensive solution including dedicated graphic design, modern animations and advanced performance optimization.
At the design stage, we focused on creating a unique look for the store, reflecting the character of the Korimi brand and the K-Beauty aesthetic. We prepared a modern graphic design in Figma - from initial UX sketches to refined UI interfaces - taking care to be consistent with the corporate identity and user experience. We planned the layout of the site so that navigation through categories and products is intuitive, and key elements (search engine, shopping cart, promotions) are always easily accessible.
Creating the visual layer, we used an attractive color palette and typography alluding to the style of Asian cosmetics, which helps make Korimi's offer stand out from the competition. We enriched the design with subtle animations and micro-interactions - such as hover effects on product tiles or smooth transitions between sections - which increase user engagement and give the site a modern feel without distracting from the store's offer.
Once the project was approved, we proceeded to build the store on WordPress using Bricks Builder and WooCommerce, so we retained full control over layout and performance. We developed the site based on Core Framework, which allowed us to organize CSS styles, achieve lightweight code and full responsiveness.
We took care of high speed - we implemented caching, image compression and code minification. We prepared modern animations based on CSS and lightweight JS scripts to make them smooth and not overload the site.
We tested the whole thing on various devices and browsers to guarantee reliability and a convenient mobile shopping experience. Finally, we trained the Korimi team on how to use the store, making it easier to manage the offer and orders independently.
The result of our work is a modern, refined online store that realistically supports the sales and development of the Korimi brand. The platform is distinguished by an aesthetically pleasing design that is consistent with the corporate identity, thus inspiring trust and effectively communicating the nature of the premium brand in the K-Beauty segment. The site's intuitive layout and clear shopping process make it easy for customers to quickly find the products they need and easily place an order, resulting in higher conversion and buyer satisfaction.
The store is optimized for performance and SEO - it loads instantly, achieves great results in Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights tests, which helps improve SEO and reduces the risk of abandoned shopping carts. With WooCommerce and the use of Bricks Builder, the Korimi team has gained a flexible and scalable tool that allows them to add products, manage orders and conduct marketing activities on their own.
