01 When will the solution be public?

Due to the level of complexity of the project, the engine is currently only available to dedicated partners. Currently, dozens of customers with a scale of more than 30,000 orders per month are running in production in the pilot project. We, as Changelog - a technology partner, can already work with more companies and create solutions according to their needs. Prepare the background and implement the solution.

02 How much does it all cost?

Subscription is dependent on infrastructure usage (e.g., number of orders and product files) and scales with it. The subscription model is not based on company revenue or other business metrics. It is fully dependent on the resources taken. In addition, the package of the development team, which periodically provides new modules for you according to your individual needs, is individually determined, so that the system is tailored to your requirements.

03 How to use this solution?

First we make an appointment with our analyst. At it, we go through the company's current information flow, workflow, scale and software in use. We work out the scope of functionality that is required for the migration and the key places to map on the new engine that are necessary to maintain current work habits and model. After proper verification from both sides, signing of documents and preliminary implementation design - we proceed to implementation.

04 What guarantee do I have that you will not raise prices by 1000%?

We realize how difficult it is to change such a system and the risks involved in such a decision. We are committed to long-term cooperation with customers and good relations. We are able to determine the duration of subscription maintenance during negotiations and present a clear price list as the scale of sales increases. 05 What is a data bus?

We are an exclusive partner of SellIntegro. This gives us direct access to two types of data bus: SellIntegro - for communication with ERP systems, and SellRocket - for aggregation and handling of orders and shipments. The data bus is responsible for aggregating and centralizing all data, such as orders, shipments, invoices, merchandise files, customers and much more. Each of these data can be freely formatted and transferred between different systems. This allows us to centralize all independent systems and operate them from one place.
