We introduced custom integrations after the API and added an automatic action to create and print a waybill when a sales order was in a given status:

We performed an analysis of Baselinker' s capabilities through the custom courier field and tested how strongly we can automate the process. The tests were successful so we can implement more forwarders with which Baselinker does not have native integration.
