In the first stage, we need to get to know your business and understand the problems you face. We approach each case individually and try to find the best solution tailored to your business. If the case requires it, we will trace the processes physically by visiting you at work.

The most important part of any project. We do the work for you in sprints of four weeks. Every two weeks we meet and discuss what has been done and what still needs to be done. Depending on the scale of the project, sprint cycles can last as long as several/many months.

04 / Implementation
(We test and investigate)

At the very end of the sprint(s), Tom or Adam will deploy the solution on a test environment prepared by you. After successful testing, we will deploy the solution to production and monitor it in the near term to make sure everything is OK.

We will also support you after the project is implemented. Any dedicated solution, requires special expert care. With a flexible range of support plans and a dedicated customer panel, we respond quickly to any reported problem and are available to you even on weekends if your business requires it.
